If your item is not in stock, we will import it for you when you order and forward it to you from our warehouse using DHL, DPD or UPS.

We order your goods from our supplier to our warehouse.

We take care of the import and pay customs duties and import taxes.

We will ship the goods to your address using our usual shipping options.

Do I have to pay customs duties etc. myself?
No. Our prices are designed in such a way that you do not have to bear any further costs after ordering your product.
Will there be additional work for me?
Nein. Wenn Sie einen nicht vorrätigen Artikel bestellen, macht das für Sie prinzipiell keinen Unterschied, mit Ausnahme der erhöhten Wartezeit bis zum Versand Ihres Produkts.
How long does the import process take?
It can take up to 14 working days between receipt of the order and dispatch from our warehouse, but we are usually quicker. After dispatch, the delivery time depends on the respective service provider, but is between 1 and 3 working days.
How can I see which products are in stock?
If products are not in stock in our warehouse, a note is displayed under the purchase option on the product page indicating that the processing time for the respective product variant is increased.
How can I order an import?
An import order does not require any action on your part. If you order a product that we do not have in stock (which you can recognize by a note on the product page), the import of this product is automatically commissioned.
