Dobrodošli v Pagani Design – vaš zaupanja vreden vir za Pagani Design watches and accessories. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all purchases and interactions on https://paganidesignstore.com. Deviating conditions of the customer are not valid unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Products and Availability

We sell physical goods, including watches and accessories, branded as Pagani Design. All product descriptions and availability are displayed on the respective product pages.

Some products marked as “backorder” or “procured upon order” are not kept in regular stock and will require additional processing time before shipping. These items are ordered to our warehouse before dispatch, not shipped from third-party sellers.

4. Order Process and Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the listed items. The purchase agreement becomes effective upon our confirmation email or at the latest, upon shipment of the goods.

5. Cene in plačilo

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Your payment will be processed immediately upon completing your order.

6. Pošiljanje in dostava

We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners such as UPS, DHL, DPD, and through our 3PL providers Quivo in Panj.

Delivery times for in-stock items:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • Worldwide: 5–10 business days

For backorder items, please allow an additional 3–10 business days for procurement and processing before dispatch.

7. Odpovedi

You may request to cancel your order before the item has been shipped. While we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation, we ne more jamčiti it. Once the item is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the product must be returned after delivery (see Section 8).

8. Vračila in nadomestila

You have the right to return items within 30 dni prejema.

  • Artikli morajo biti nerabljeni in v originalni embalaži.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Povračila se izdajo izvirno plačilno sredstvo after we receive and inspect the return.

9. Pravica do odstopa (stranke iz EU)

Consumers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 dni of delivery. Detailed instructions and a model withdrawal form are provided on our Pravica do odstopa stran.

This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.

10. Odgovornost

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent, gross negligence, or violation of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded unless legally required.

12. Veljavno pravo in pristojnost

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stralsund, Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
