The watch is ok,but the customer service not so much.I tried calling the phone-no answer,i've tried to send an email but it can't be sent.
The watch is cool, very high-quality assembly, it looks beautiful, very satisfied with the money, 15 days delivery. I recommend it.
realistically this should be 5 stars but the dead horse must be beaten again. While this is my first Pagani Design, I was extremely impressed, and immediately dissapointed. I acknowledge fully that this was my fault however the spring bars for the micro adjustment are notoriously stiff and difficult to reposition. I ended up breaking my spring bar, and because all my watches have larger spring bars I was unable to replace the bracelet or spring bar. Again, my fault however I really wish Pagani included some extra spring bars, knowing that the quick adjust is known for not being so quick and actually quite difficult. That however is my only con (so far atleast, since Ive only just gotten it today). NH35 Pagani signed rotor, and I mean the finish is simply incredible for the money. ive gotta say this is on par with my Seiko Speedtimer SSC911 which cost me $900 CAD. So imagine that except this has a beautiful ceramic bezel. Absolutely recommend!
The watch is beautiful. No defects, works well. The crown is quite tight, the summer realise clasp is impossible to open by hand, i will try later with a pry tool. The bezel is flawless with no play, however it can't stay centered on the twelve, but if you don't have severe ocd it won't be a problem.
Overall the watch sits beautifully on the wrist and is a great showpiece. I highly recommend this seller. 😎👍️
